There is a type of person who does not do things to help themselves, but does everything they can to make other’s lives run smoothly. They are often not known for their acts of kindness, much less any other act that does not draw attention. Many call the introverts, however others just do not even know they exist. They a people who do everything they can not to be noticed, even if it is not their intention. They do not do things in order to gain recognition, although they do not mind it from time to time. They are the “grips” of the world, they raise others up above themselves. They work “backstage” of life, Creating the world that other live in. What people see on TV, the internet, of any other media, is usually a product of a combination of people just trying to make their way in the world. Live a life that is acceptable to them. They usually do not care what others think about them. In some cases they create their own little adventures just by enjoying the completion of their daily tasks, be it getting them done in a quicker time, or having everything sync up to work out in a specific way without any thought put into it.
The economy can go to hell, governments rise and fall, but there are always going to be those who do whatever they can to make life livable for both them and those they know. We are the ones who use the six degrees of separation in order to make things happen that no one else could imagine would come together naturally. We usually have a close nit group of like minded friends, and can usually recognize the similar traits in others. We network with strangers who are not always in the same field of work, but may be of some use later down the line. We gather our resources, connect the dots, make things happen when they need to. We also tend to be ones who can just let things happen, when we know we have no control over events, we tend not to worry about them.
We do not get caught up with they hype of the world. Every crisis, every bit of drama, we know that nothing in this world is real unless we have made it so. We talk all news of any kind with a grain of salt, Rumors we hear and spread are usually more factual than the lies broadcast as the truth. We usually have more talents than many assume we have. If we cannot get something done, we know someone who can, or someone who knows who can. We do not make waves, because we are the waves. We are the force that allows other to be who they are, only causing problems when the natural order of things demands it. We are the ones who grow your food, deliver your items, give you something to look forward to. We make the famous look good, we give the athletes the fields to play on, we write the stories for others to act out.
We are artists in our own right, not always creating it, but making it an art form of it’s own. Honing out talents, from everything like cooking a recipe a specific way, to knowing the streets of the city and navigating them to the point we can be anywhere at anytime we wish. We use our tools of the trades to make everyone’s life unique, no two experiences are the same. What we do for one person will be slightly, or completely different for another. We may take joy in creating things just to create a little joy for a single person, or we could be your local merchant making sure you have the highest quality goods they can obtain. We are comfortable in almost any element, weather we are in control of it or not. We are the person who keeps you from stepping out in front of a moving bus, or pick up your wallet in order to hand it back to you. We are not saints, nor are villains, we are only people, tradesmen if you will. We are not part of any group, or organization. We not need to belong, because we already know we belong to the world as a whole. We help make it go around, we offer an outlet for others to release their anger, their sorrows, their fears. We are the unnoticed, the anonymous, WE ARE THE PEOPLE. We make this nation, we make the towns, the Neighborhoods, the states. We give you something to live for, weather you know what that is yet or not, we do not tell you how to live your life, we just let you live it the best you can.
I can only say that what we do, we do regardless of what anyone thinks is right or wrong. The worlds keeps moving, without regard to intentions of the individuals, it is only in the true art form of knowing where you are in life and knowing what you have available to you to create your world, they will be able to help yourself or let life pass you bye. Everyone must explore many facets of life in order to find out what they are good at, and where their talents lie. It is not the opinion of other that you would be looking to when you make your discoveries. Find what you are good at doing, and do it well. Do it like no other can, in your own way, live up to the quality you want. Make the world you want, do not just accept what others say is how the world works, the world itself will have forces that will work with you or against you in order to steer you to the path you should follow. Doors will open, other will close, bridges will be built and burned throughout your life. Not always of your own doing, just remember. The world is there for you to shape how you like, and there will always be someone who will be willing to help. You just need to know where to look and who to ask. Do not be afraid to talk to a stranger, ask an odd question, you never know who you will run into, nor who someone will know. This world is not as big as you think, especially no that communication is worldwide at an instant.
I thank you for your time, Just realize that everyone has a story, treat them as you would yourself. If they are having an off day, Do what you can to make it better somehow. Even the little things can make a big difference, your one act of kindness can make a difference in someones day, and give you a smile as well. Do not do things just for a reward, do something just because you are there, at that moment, because you can… or because it’s a tuesday… it matters not the reason. Making someone else feel better in some way will go a long way in making life better for others. Now I’m off to hand out some peanut brittle I made last night on a whim. I’m hoping to bring some joy to this busy day at work, not looking for anything in return, just hoping to see some smiles.
