Greetings Earthlings,
Over Tooned is getting a major overhaul and moving out of “Project” status into “Game” status.
I am going to make this brief . The Over Tooned concept is simple: You have the ability as a player to Over Tune your vehicles to such a degree to cause them to glitch, however you can take this same glitch and fine tune it into a working vehicle. We have had vehicles, in our test, do almost 3,000 MPH and that is not even close to max speed because max speed is something that does not actually exist in Over Tooned. Therefor the more you Over Tune your cars the more they become Over Tooned and can do the stuff you see in Anime and Cartoons. It’s wild.
